Who is responsible for your information
XmartRouter is a Cognitive Maxi Solutions LLC product. This notice covers its public website, registration, support, subscriptions and professional visit-planning features. For account and support information, the company determines how that information is used. For client records managed by a professional or employer, that organization generally directs the processing; contact it for requests concerning its records.
Information used by XmartRouter

Only submit information needed for your work and that you have authority to share. Healthcare-oriented workspaces are intended for professional visits, not patient records.
Why information is processed
Information is used to authenticate users, apply workspace permissions, save plans and feedback, provide requested support, administer subscriptions, investigate misuse and maintain the service. Applicable legal grounds may include performing an agreement, legitimate operational interests, consent and legal obligations.
Sharing within workspaces and with providers
Professionals, invited clients, assigned company members and authorized administrators can access information according to their roles. Consider who will see a note or upload before sharing it.
When a configured feature is used, information needed for that feature may be sent to its provider. Examples include addresses or coordinates for Google Maps route estimates; prompts, selected search preferences and relevant planning context for OpenAI assistance; email addresses and message content for verification or requested notifications; and subscription information for PayPal checkout. External websites opened from listing or directions links apply their own privacy notices.
Personal information is not offered for advertising or lead resale. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to address security issues, or as part of a lawful business transfer.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
The website uses session cookies for sign-in and request security, and browser storage for preferences such as language and appearance. Website analytics can record page views, activity time and scrolling. The first-party website metrics exclude requests carrying Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals; security and account processing remain necessary to operate the service.
Location, maps and mobile permissions
Saved addresses and visit locations are used to prepare schedules and routes. If a device feature requests location, camera or media access, review its permission prompt and device settings. A saved visit or route does not establish that someone physically attended a location, and route estimates do not establish live traffic or continuous tracking.
Storage, security and retention
Account access controls, password hashing, workspace scopes and audit records help protect information. No service can promise absolute security. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, account status, shared-workspace responsibilities and legal or security needs. Copies in backups or legally retained records may remain after a request is completed; the response to your request should explain relevant exceptions.
The company and service providers may process information in the United States or other locations. Applicable agreements and transfer requirements govern that processing.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion or limits on processing. Use Request account data deletion for account or data removal, or Contact for other privacy requests. We verify the requester and authority over the affected records before acting. A verified email request is not an automatic deletion or a guarantee that every shared record can be removed.
The service is intended for professional and related client use, not for children under 13. Contact us if a child’s information has been submitted.
