Request account data deletion

Submit a verified request to close your XmartRouter account or remove specific personal data. Requests are reviewed before any deletion.

Request removal of your account or specific data

You can submit this request without signing in. Use the email associated with the account or records. We will ask you to enter a verification code before saving the request for administrator review.

  1. Choose whether to request account closure or removal of specific data.
  2. Verify your email using the code sent to you.
  3. The administrator reviews your request and may contact you to confirm identity, authority and scope.

Submitting this form does not immediately delete anything. Shared company or client records, billing records, security logs and backups may require separate handling or retention. Removing the mobile app does not delete your account. Review recurring subscriptions separately in Billing or contact support.

Do not include passwords, verification codes, identity documents or sensitive client records. If you cannot access your email, contact privacy@cognitivemaxisolutions.com to discuss another verification method.
